twenty21 hires most of its unsold stock for the purpose of photo shoots, commercial, TV, films, etc. Our terms and conditions are as follows:

• our hire fee is 20% (plus GST) of the retail value of item or items for a period of up to 7 days (from pick up to return to our Fitzroy showroom)
• payment for the hire fee is to be settled prior to commencement of the hire period
• A security deposit in the form of a cheque for the full retail value of item is required. The deposit will be returned to the hirer upon return of the item in good saleable condition
• Hirer is responsible for the hired items to be picked up  from and returned to our Fitzroy showroom
